Frankfurt to host confab on money-laundering and terrorist financing - Irna: "Frankfurt will be the scene for an international conference on fighting money laundering and terrorist financing in mid-November, news reports said Monday.

The confab - due to take place on November 15- will focus on anti-money laundering activities in Eastern European countries as well sharing global experiences on anti-money laundering and terrorism financing.

Speakers will include senior officials from the German Finance Ministry, the US Department of Treasury, the World Bank and Europol.

The conference is organized by the Maleki Group which is a German-based Financial Communications and Consulting Company."
